what to expect

Consultation

If you like what you see, you may like to start with a consultation either over the phone or by email where you have a chance to chat to me and ask any questions you may have?

Trial

Once a trial date is set, I ask that you come along with ideas either from Pinterest or magazines.  This is the opportunity for us to both collaborate and design your absolute dream look! You may bring along any hair accessories or I can recommend some that I stock depending on what may complement your look and dress.

A typical trial is around 2 hours and takes place at my house in Long Crendon. If any of your bridal party would also like a trial, do let me know and I will book out more time to accommodate them. Here is also when we will cover timings for your wedding day and come up with a schedule which is helpful for the morning to run smoothly.

The Wedding Day

I arrive at your location and set up in plenty of time. Over the years I have realised that I love to be able to relax and enjoy making up the bride and bridal party. I always allow ample time for the morning to flow as easily and effortlessly as possible. The morning is what my brides tell me they really love! It is the time to let the flow of the day begin.

I am there for not only the bride but also the bridal party. This is where the bridal party have the opportunity to show me some ideas of what they may like? For the larger weddings, I have someone who I bring with me.

Once everyone is ready, I ensure that I am there to add the veil and do final finishing touches before the bride is on her way.
